What does Redac Mobile do?

It puts your personal AI agent in your pocket. Redac runs on your own computer. From your iPhone or iPad, you can ask it for tasks, use the apps it built for you, allow or deny what it wants to do, and see what your apps run next.

What are Redac apps?

Small tools that Redac builds for you on your computer, such as a price watcher, a morning briefing, or a reading list. Ask for one in Chat on the desktop. Each app can use only what you allow, and its data stays on your computer.

What do I need?

The Redac desktop app on your computer, with a Redac account. Download Redac and make your account there. The mobile app does not make accounts.

How do I sign in and pair?

  1. In the app, enter the email address of your Redac account and tap Send sign-in link.
  2. Open the link on the same iPhone or iPad.
  3. On your desktop, open Redac and show the pairing code. Scan it with the app, or paste it.
  4. Approve the pairing on the desktop.

The app says “No Redac account uses this email.”

Make an account in the Redac desktop app first, then sign in with the same email address.

Can I try it without a desktop?

Yes. Tap Try the demo on the sign-in screen. The demo shows the app with a sample desktop. It does not connect to anything. Tap End demo in Settings to leave.

The desktop shows as not connected.

The desktop must be on, awake, and running Redac with remote access on. Check that both devices have an internet connection, then tap Try again.

How do I pair a different desktop, or remove one?

Open Settings in the app. Use Pair a different desktop or Remove this desktop. One phone pairs with one desktop at a time.

Is my data private?

Your chats, files, photos, and Health data go end-to-end encrypted to your own desktop. Our servers cannot read them. See the privacy policy.

How do I delete my account?

Email privacy@redac.ai from your account’s email address. We delete the account and its device records within 30 days.
